K.O. ‘The Rebirth’

The Rebirth

The Rebirth

The Rebirth finally dropped November 11th 2019, after many delays, mainly due to the mindset of being perfect.

K.O has been working on this project for almost 3 years, recording and deleting multiple tracks. K.O ended up recording over 50 songs for this project, ending with the best 13, that fits the project.

This has been the craziest time period of K.O’s life, divorce, fighting for custody, moving out of town, completely restarting his life. From there, well…K.O started a new job, while working for almost 2 years before seriously hurting his back. Kinda funny, the album was titled “The Rebirth” before any of this stuff happened! Life has a weird way of working itself out, just gotta fight, and battle for everything you want in life, and never give up.

All the feature artists really helped bring out this vision. Vixxen lent her beautiful voice on the single “Too Late” which is about never looking back on the decisions that you’ve made. “Vixxen” also appears on track 12, “Wear Me Down” along side “The Jokerr” which is a track that was wrote from fighting our corrupt government. Mr. Hicks lent his soul on “Prepare For War”. Tory Dimock for slaughtered his verse on “This Happened” which is about hip hop and the crazy lifestyle. Chad W. McGhie hopped on a song wrote about the industry “Candle On The Wall” which is definitely worth a listen to.

To all the producers, Damian Dixon, Dansonn, Atomic Beats, Dylan Kusch, NIME FIVE, FORE1GN, 2 Deep, Tristan, Ditty Beats, this album wouldn’t have been possible with out them. Jayson Davidson for his amazing art for both covers, took a dream and put it on paper. Aric Jaymes McIntyre for mastering the entire project. Amir Prince for putting the CD together, wait till you see what’s coming!
